    Virginie Dequesne began her career at "Lacourte et Associés" and joined the firm in 2001 as Partner. She advises institutional investors on real estate transactions, working primarily with institutional investors, public housing offices, social housing enterprises, and local authorities. A specialist in large-scale real estate projects, Virginie regularly handles complex transactions and structures in construction and urban planning law. She leads and coordinates nationwide operations, managing acquisitions and sales of complex real estate portfolios.

    Jean-François Le Falher

    Jean-François Le Falher has been Partner since 1999.

    He has dual expertise in real estate and estate planning.

    Supported by a team able of working in both French and English language, he advises professionals and private clients. In real estate, Jean-François Le Falher has developed his expertise working with professionals and investment funds on the sale of portfolios and significant assets. In recent years, he has led major acquisitions involving a wide range of assets, such as real estate portfolios, headquarters of listed companies, a landmark Parisian hotel, Europe’s largest data center, and a world-renowned tennis academy.

    In estate planning, Jean-François Le Falher and his team cover all areas of traditional notarial practice.

    Jean-François Le Falher has been a member of the Chambre des Notaires de Paris since 2025 and teacher in law at Paris-Dauphine University PSL since 2008.

    Johanna Frèrejouand

    Johanna Frèrejouand joined the firm in 2007, beginning her practice in private real estate law and contributing to the structuring of large-scale real estate projects. She subsequently developed particular expertise in construction and urban planning law, assisting institutional investors with the acquisition and sale of buildings and real estate-dominated securities. Johanna Frèrejouand has also applied her skills to the development of major urban planning projects. She was appointed Partner in February 2021.

    Clémence Julhiard

    Clémence Julhiard joined the firm in 2009. Clémence Julhiard advises and assists private clients in realizing their real estate projects. She is supported by a responsive, skilled, and dynamic team. Clémence frequently undertakes the division of existing buildings into co-ownership and the so-called “vente à la découpe” of the units comprising them. Clémence Julhiard was appointed as a Partner within the firm in April 2021.

    Ambroise Chartier

    Ambroise Chartier joined the firm in 2011 and leads the department dedicated to estate law, business transfers, and family law. Together with a specialized team, he assists clients in the organization and transfer of both family and professional assets. In matters of inheritance, he oversees the resolution of complex and judicial divisions. Ambroise also advises numerous business leaders, helping them ensure the long-term sustainability of their companies by anticipating issues related to business succession, governance, and crisis management (death, incapacity, disagreements) in collaboration with their legal advisors.

    With a demanding English-speaking and Middle Eastern clientele, Ambroise has developed expertise in international law and regularly advises on estate planning. He relies on a robust network of partners and correspondents across various countries. He teaches at the Wealth Management Institute (I.G.P.) of Paris Dauphine University and previously at Paris Nanterre University, focusing on international successions and family wealth law. He is a notary advisor at Your Experts in France and a member of the Franco-British Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, he is an expert notary at the Paris Court of Appeal, specializing in asset liquidation and division.
